1. Scope of Service

All window cleaning services include glass, frames, and sills as standard.

Doors are included where applicable.

Conservatories, extensions, and additional structures are not included unless explicitly agreed.
2. Service Frequency

We operate on a 4-weekly service schedule only.

Due to route planning and operational efficiency, we do not offer irregular or one-off scheduling within regular rounds.
3. Pricing

Prices are based on:

Property size and layout

Access difficulty

Time required to complete the job

Prices are subject to periodic review, and customers will be notified in advance of any changes.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the date of service and is expected to be completed within 7 days.

Payment details are provided on each payment slip.
5. Late / Underpayment

Failure to pay the correct amount may result in:

Temporary suspension of service

Permanent removal from our schedule

Any discrepancies should be reported immediately so they can be resolved.
6. Access Requirements

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to all required areas.

If access is not available, the visit may still be chargeable.
7. Weather Conditions

We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain.

Services may be rescheduled only in cases of unsafe working conditions.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we strive for the highest standard on every visit, results may occasionally vary.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
