Terms & Conditions – High Quality Clean

1. Scope of Service

  • All window cleaning services include glass, frames, and sills as standard.

  • Doors are included where applicable.

  • Conservatories, extensions, and additional structures are not included unless explicitly agreed.

2. Service Frequency

  • We operate on a 4-weekly service schedule only.

  • Due to route planning and operational efficiency, we do not offer irregular or one-off scheduling within regular rounds.

3. Pricing

  • Prices are based on:

    • Property size and layout

    • Access difficulty

    • Time required to complete the job

  • Prices are subject to periodic review, and customers will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the date of service and is expected to be completed within 7 days.

  • Payment details are provided on each payment slip.

5. Late / Underpayment

  • Failure to pay the correct amount may result in:

    • Temporary suspension of service

    • Permanent removal from our schedule

  • Any discrepancies should be reported immediately so they can be resolved.

6. Access Requirements

  • Customers must ensure safe and clear access to all required areas.

  • If access is not available, the visit may still be chargeable.

7. Weather Conditions

  • We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain.

  • Services may be rescheduled only in cases of unsafe working conditions.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • While we strive for the highest standard on every visit, results may occasionally vary.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • We will assess the issue and take appropriate action where necessary.

9. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel at any time by notifying us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel services if:

    • Payment terms are not met

    • Access issues persist

    • Communication is not maintained

10. Communication

  • Customers must ensure that we hold up-to-date contact details, including a valid mobile number.

  • Important updates (pricing, schedule, service notifications) are primarily sent via text message.

  • We are not responsible for missed communication where incorrect or outdated contact details have been provided.

11. Liability

  • We take full care during service; however:

    • Pre-existing damage or poor window condition is not our responsibility

    • We are not liable for issues arising from aged seals, fittings, or frames

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
